Bobrisky Detained by Immigration Officers on Thursday Night

In an effort to depart the nation late Thursday night, immigration officers detained social media personality Okuneye Idris, also known as Bobrisky, after removing him from a KLM flight headed for Amsterdam. 

Confirming his arrest in an Instagram post, Bobrisky informed his fans, stating that he had been injured in an altercation with immigration officers. 

According to Bobrisky, his detention was caused by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. 

He wrote, “Nigerians help me, EFCC just arrested me. I’m badly injured.”
