Independence: FG Commends Kuwait's Govt for Fostering Economic Growth, Regional Cooperation

The Federal Government, through the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Yusuf Tuggar, has commended the Government of Kuwait for fostering stability, economic growth, and regional cooperation.

Tuggar gave the commendation in a statement on Tuesday while congratulating the State of Kuwait on its independence anniversary.

In the statement issued by Kimiebi Ebienfa, Acting Spokesperson for the Ministry, Tuggar expressed his well wishes to Kuwait’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Al-Yahya, on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day.

Tuggar said: “This significant milestone is a testament to Kuwait’s resilience, progress, and commitment to peace and development.”

He further highlighted, “Nigeria and Kuwait share a long-standing relationship rooted in mutual respect, cooperation, and shared aspirations for global prosperity.

“We deeply value the bonds of friendship between our two nations and remain committed to strengthening bilateral ties in areas of mutual interest.

“As Kuwait celebrates this momentous day, we commend its leadership for fostering stability, economic growth, and regional cooperation.

“Nigeria stands in solidarity with Kuwait and looks forward to deepening our partnership for the benefit of our people and the broader international community.
